Your Realtor Mom
Rebecca Nedelka · Real Estate · Northeast Ohio
From generic agent template to The American Dream: a complete identity transformation.

The Challenge
Rebecca Nedelka was invisible. Not because she lacked talent. She was one of the sharpest agents in Northeast Ohio. But you'd never know it from her presence. Her brand was a headshot on a template. Same fonts as every other agent. Same stock layout. Same forgettable energy that blends into the noise of a thousand identical flyers.
Her marketing agency produced nothing original: no content, no identity, no strategy. Just a name on someone else's design system. She didn't have a brand. She had a placeholder.
Meanwhile, the personality that made her clients trust her immediately (the warmth, the directness, the no-BS honesty) none of that existed anywhere outside of a face-to-face conversation. Online, she was a ghost. In her market, she was indistinguishable from agents with half her talent.
The person was extraordinary. The brand was generic. That gap was the entire problem.

The Process
Four phases. One transformation.
Phase 01
Discover
We studied who Rebecca actually was, not the version her old agency had flattened into a template. We sat in on her client conversations. We listened to how she talked to first-time sellers. Protective, honest, warm, no-BS. The persona was already there: the neighborhood's realtor mom. Someone who treats your biggest financial decision like it matters, because it does.
We mapped her competitive landscape across Streetsboro, Aurora, Kent, and Hudson. Every agent looked the same. Same hollow promises. Same interchangeable presence. Rebecca's edge was never going to be her listings. It was going to be her voice.
We also discovered something nobody had leveraged: Rebecca was a natural on camera. Not polished, not rehearsed. Real. The kind of presence that makes you trust someone before they finish their sentence. Her camera anxiety was the only thing standing in the way.

Phase 02
Design
We built the complete "Your Realtor Mom" brand identity from nothing. Not a rebrand. A birth. The visual system was designed to feel warm but authoritative. Sky blue for clarity and confidence. Clean white for trust. Coral pink as a subtle accent for approachability. Every color chosen with intent.
Professional photography replaced the template headshot. Magazine-quality shots that said "this woman has a team behind her," even when the team was us.
The messaging framework crystallized around who Rebecca already was: caring but real, won't sugarcoat, knows the market like she knows her neighborhood. Not aspirational fluff. Her actual personality, sharpened and amplified.

Phase 03
Build
We didn't just design a brand. We built the machine that runs it.
Full media system: podcast production pipeline, video editing workflow, social media management across every platform, print materials with real calls to action. Not "Call Rebecca," but "Wondering what your home costs? Scan for a free estimate." Every piece designed to start a conversation, not just look nice.
A content engine producing 10–14 pieces per week. Blog posts, social clips, podcast episodes, market updates, all in her voice, all on-brand, all cohesive. A solo agent's business with the presence of a full-scale operation.

Phase 04
Evolve
We launched a targeted seller campaign reaching homeowners aged 40–65 within a 15-mile radius. Not spray-and-pray. Surgical.
To unlock Rebecca's on-camera potential, we created a custom Video Brief system. Natural talking points instead of teleprompter reads. She went from dreading the record button to becoming the most authentic real estate voice in her market.
We built an AI-powered content workflow that kept her voice consistent even at volume. And we positioned her not as another agent with a license, but as a voice worth following. Today, Rebecca is part of The American Dream, building the kind of platform most agents spend a career chasing.
Every asset she's ever created? She owns it. Nothing locked behind a vendor. Nothing that disappears.
